How fun and cool is this Splatoon font! The lettering that is used in official Splatoon video game logo is a custom designed font. It was created in-house by the design team and Mariko Tachibana. There are a total of x6 ttf fonts included in this package: Splatoon-Bold, Splatoon Bold Italic, Splatoon Light, Splatoon-Light Italic, Splatoon Italic, and Splatoon Thin.

About the Splatoon typeface
Splatoon is a popular third-person shooter game that was first released for the Nintendo Wii U in 2015. It features Inklings and Octolings, fictional characters engaged in an ongoing turf war against each other. Played in online multi-player matches, winners are determined by whoever gains the most territory within a set time, using weaponized ink. In Ranked Battle mode, team wins and losses directly influence a player’s position in the global rankings. The game’s latest release, Splatoon 2, is designed for Nintendo Switch. It has sold more than 16 million copies. Splatoon 3 is set to be released in 2022.
