Quake is a first-person action game series created by id Software. The first game was released in 1996. The storyline involves players exploring and ranging through dark environments, fighting monsters, and collecting powerful weapons to use. Famous characters and enemies include the Ranger, Shub-Niggurath, the Strogg, and the Makron.

Quake and DP Quake are the names of x2 fonts which look alot like the lettering used in the Quake logo. These fan-created typefaces was designed by Dead Pete. It has the same rough, angular look and feel as the original logo and branding. THey are both available to view and download below for free.
