Moulin Rouge is the original cabaret venue in Montmartre (Paris, France). It first opened in 1889 and is famous for spectacular stage shows and glamourous costumes of the dancers. A movie adaptation was created in 2001 by Australian director Baz Luhrmann, which starred Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor as the lead characters.
There a few different font options that you could use to recreate the Moulin Rouge effect. For the old style version of the stage show, Berkshire Swash and Cinzel are both recommended options. For the Hollywood movie version of the logo, Bebas Neue and Big Noodle Titling have the same condensed sans-serif look and feel. All of these Moulin Rouge fonts are available below, take a look and see which one fits your needs best.
