Alaska Airlines Font

Alaska Airlines is an airline company, operating flights between Alaska (USA), Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica. It was founded in Anchorage, Alaska in 1932. The airplanes feature a Alaska Native logo on the tail wing.

The current logo lettering is a custom word-mark, as opposed to a standalone font. Alaska Airlines refreshed their branding most recently in 2016, which including the new logo, brand colors, and airplane livery. Their Vice President of Marketing described the new logo in this way: "The clean lines and italics of our updated wordmark represent the performance and precision. The capital "A" in Alaska has been streamlined, but is otherwise very similar to earlier versions".

There are several free fonts that you could use though, which are a close match to the airlines logo. Montserrat is the closest match overall, and the one that we'd recommend. Poppins, Nunito Sans, Lato, and Source Sans 3 are other good options that are also worth a look. (Note: use the Italic font variant for each of these to get the closest replica).
