About the Lilo & Stitch typeface

Lilo & Stitch tells of the unusual friendship between six-year-old Hawaiian girl Lilo and an alien creature disguised as a dog, whom she named Stitch. The 2002 Disney film turned into a major franchise, which included a TV series, direct-to-video sequels, and spinoffs. Animators used watercolored backgrounds, making it the only Disney movie to apply the said technique since Dumbo. Lilo & Stitch is an unforgettable lesson on how family can be found in the most unexpected times and places.
